How do the COVID-19 restrictions affect my order?
- We are located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia which is currently in a state of lockdown. Fortunately we are still able to operate under strict guidelines which allow us to pack your orders with precautions efficiently. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as unfortunately Australia Post and DHL are experiencing some delays. Allow 3-7 days for Australia Post parcels. Allow 4-8 days for DHL Express parcels.
How long until my order is dispatched?

Can I change/cancel my order once it's been placed?
